WHO WE
ARE
About the
President
Dr. Deloras Jones
has extensive experience in leading organizational change and
innovation. She is an OD consultant, coach and facilitator with
a focus on team and leadership development and large-scale change.
Dr. Jones utilizes a strengths-based and collaborative approach to
change and has partnered with leaders to unleash the energy in private
and public sector organizations. Dr. Jones has been project lead
on a number of enterprise-wide transformations related to business
model transition, business unit mergers and talent management systems,
including strategy and curriculum redesign of a Fortune 500 corporate
university. She has designed and taught leadership curriculum
within Fortune 500 organizations, and is the creator of the
Collaborative Change Model .
Dr. Jones has been project lead on enterprise-wide implementations of
competency based performance management systems in medium-size and
large organizations. She has prior experience as a Director, Manager,
and sales executive in automotive manufacturing, education and
government industries. Her most recent role was Director of
Organizational Learning and Leadership Development, preceded by Senior
OD Consultant.
Dr. Jones holds a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR)
certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and was
awarded the Best Student
Paper Award by the Organization Development Network (ODN) for her
research and publications on transformative dialogue, and is an
international facilitator and presenter. Dr. Jones
holds a Ph.D. in
Organization Development from Benedictine University and a Masters
Degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State
University. She holds undergraduate degrees in Human Resource
Management and Marketing.
